"Clean look, but still stands out"
Picked up a watch from d1milano.com mostly for the design, and yeah, it looks even better in person.
Clean shape, not flashy, but not boring either. Dial and case details are sharp, and it works with pretty much anything I wear.
Feels like someone actually put thought into it, not just another basic watch. Really happy with it

"Return was fine, just kind of slow"
The return itself went okay, nothing too complicated, but the refund took a while to show up. I kept checking my account here and there, then forgetting about it, then remembering again. It did eventually come through, just slower than I expected.

"Warranty help was unbelievably fast"
I had an issue with my watch and the warranty team got it sorted so quickly it was almost ridiculous. The whole process was super easy, and I’m convinced it couldn’t have gone any smoother. Thanks, guys!

I’ve been a fan of this brand for a while, so I really wanted to be okay with it, but waiting almost three weeks for my order was frustrating. I still like the products, but the delivery time definitely made me rethink ordering again soon.

"Helpful, but took a little while"
They did help me get it sorted out, so I appreciated that. It just took about a day to hear back, which was kind of slow, but overall it was fine.

"Nice watch, though maybe a little overpriced"
I do like the look of this watch, and it feels comfortable on my wrist. That said, for the price, I kind of expected the finishing to be a bit better. I’m not an expert or anything, and maybe I’m just being picky, but it doesn’t totally feel like the value is all there. Still a nice watch overall, just not sure I’d call it a great deal.
